Tasting Notes:

The mature vines, perfect aspect and ideal soil have given us Chardonnay grapes, which fully ripen, yielding intense fruit flavours and a fine acid balance. New French oak has been carefully balanced to the elegant floral and tropical fruit flavours.  This wine is best enjoyed with a light to medium cuisine. The light caramel, butter flavours will intensify with ageing. A multi medal winner.
