Tasting Notes:

A traditional Burgundian style wine.  This wine displays distinctive varietal characteristics.  Enjoy the spicy, gamey nose with strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas and a touch of French oak.  The palate is fresh and vibrant with strawberry fruit sweetness and finished with the fine integrated French oak. Cellaring will further enhance and give further complexity to this wine.
