CHARDONNAY 2002
Reserve
New French oak has been carefully matched to the elegant
floral and tropical fruit flavours to produce a well balanced wine. The light
caramel flavours will intensify with ageing. The wine is most appealing with
light to medium cuisine. A Gold medal winner. UNWOODED CHARDONNAY 2005 (Unwooded) Light straw, brilliant clarity
in appearance. Very intense sweet,
ripe peach and tropical fruit aromas are enjoyed on the nose. Generously flavoured palate with vibrant peach,
nectarine and tropical flavours, balanced with crisp acid and a lingering
fruity finish.
SAUVIGNON BLANC/SEMILLON 2005
Light straw with brilliant clarity appearance. A fresh, clean and lively nose with
pungent varietal aromas. Fresh citrus
perfumes, coupled with pawpaw, passionfruit, pineapple and lime.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2004
This Cabernet Sauvignon displays the delightful berry
flavours of cherry, black currant and chocolate with a sweetness of new
French oak with fine tannins. The
rich flavours are suited to red meat dishes and medium cuisine. The wine can
be enjoyed now or cellared with confidence for up 10 years. CABERNET
SAUVIGNON / SHIRAZ 2001
Two of the most popular red
varieties have been blended to highlight the best characteristics of
each. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides
rich berry aromas and a taste of blackberry and cherry flavours while the
Shiraz imparts spicy flavours with subtle oak features. The wine has a
balanced palate with a hint of chocolate and fine tannins. PINOT NOIR
2003 A traditional Burgundian style wine. This wine displays distinctive
varietal characteristics. Enjoy the
spicy, gamey nose with strawberry and raspberry fruit aromas and a touch of
French oak. The palate is fresh and
vibrant with strawberry fruit sweetness and finished with the fine integrated
French oak. Cellaring will further enhance and give further complexity to
this wine. CABERNET SAUVIGNON MERLOT 2004Medium density, red crimson hues in appearance. The nose enjoys good intensity of dense
berry, vanilla and French oak with savoury, gamey hints overlaid. Soft supple and rich savoury berry
chocolate and vanilla French flavours emerge through the mid palate. A balanced palate with generous finish by
fine tannins are enjoyed in the palate. SHIRAZ 2002 A rich raspberry plum nose is enriched with fresh white
pepper. The well balanced palate
displays leathery spice, plum and chocolate mint, which is enhanced by
maturing in hand selected French and American oak. This wine is elegantly complex with rich tannins and full fruit
expressed throughout the entire length of the palate. |
